That was Wrath of the Lich King. That was 3 expansions ago. Level cap is 100. Lots of new gameplay. Made the game more casual. You can play every other day or something like that and still have as much fun as playing it all the time. They remade Draenor (Outlands) for the new expansion. Outlands is still there for 60-70. Draenor is there for 90-100.
You can have your own town. The world was changed a lot by Deathwing in Cataclysm.
