ARTICLE I:
Section 1:
The Congress of the State of Stellis will represent the citizens of Stellis. Congress shall consist of two chambers, the Senate and the House of Representatives.
Section 2:
The Senate of the State of Stellis shall be composed of 8 Senators. The Senate has the power and responsibility of being the first Chamber of Congress to pass a bill or law, proposing a bill or law, and has the sole power to Impeach any government official. The Senate must reach a 2/3 to pass a bill or law, and must have a 2/3+1 vote to Impeach.
The Senate will be lead by the Speaker of the Senate, whose vote counts as 1.
Section 3:
The House of Representatives of the State of Stellis shall be composed of 12 Representatives. The House of Representatives has the power and responsibility of being the second Chamber of Congress to pass a bill or law, proposing a bill or law, and has the sole power to bypass a veto with a 2/3+1 vote. The House must reach a 2/3 vote to pass a bill or law. The Speaker of the House shall be the head of the House of Representatives, and whose vote counts as 1.
Section 4:
In the case of a Representative or Senator being absent, and there is a tie in the vote, the Speaker of the House or the Speaker of the Senate’s vote shall count as 2.
