so we're watching Outbreak which is a movie about the outbreak of a virus similar to ebola keep note that in the movie it is very clear it is not ebola, as they talk about how it's similar to ebola IN THE MOVIE and the scientists are even comparing to ebola IN THE MOVIE 2 of my friends (josh & logan) sit to my right idiot sits to my left my friends are talking about the movie but referring to it as ebola me: u guys know its not actually ebola rite? josh: o ya rite its that other thing idiot (didnt hear what josh said): it is ebola though me: no it isnt idiot: ya it is me: have u even been watching? idiot: dude they're all bleeding in random places its obviously ebola me: you idiot, they even said in the movie that its similar to ebola, but isn't, they call it motoba idiot: they're calling it that in the movie because ebola is a copyright "ebola is a copyright" BAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA OKAY THERE BUD A VIRUS NAME CAN BE COPYRIGHTED OKAY BUD ᗩᘉᓰᗰᗩ☂ᕮↁᗪᗩᘉᘉϒ〇

he was probably referring to the patent the CDC has on a certain strain of ebola which is completely irrelevant

Just so everyone doesn't think the US made Ebola, nations will patent viruses so they hold all of the rights to the vaccine. Or something like that.

@rune I doubt he is intelligent enough to know about that. Plus, they said "ebola" like 50+ times in the movie so I don't get why he would think it's copyrighted ᗩᘉᓰᗰᗩ☂ᕮↁᗪᗩᘉᘉϒ〇

that wouldn't fall under copyright material, it would be a trademark and it doesn't matter anyway because the fair use law allows for educators to use copyrighted and trademarked material for education purposes without permission
