i Believe that all user who have not logged in or have been inactive more than 3 years should be deleted.

deleting old users just for username is selfish I got inactive for some time and join again

Support. Most of the population count would be terminated if this were to happen, and that's a good thing. It's tells the truth about how many active users are really on Roblox.
