Zenith Consortium is an autocratic republic bent on expanding its influence, through war if the target disagrees to vassalage. The Zenith Consortium is the remnant of the Republic of Earth that was driven off the planet, into its colonies by liberal revolutionaries. A small group of refugees that sought solace on a planet now known as Zenithar eventually formed the Consortium which thrives today. At this time, the year is 2252, and we are in the time period known as the "Third Era"
//: Mission Broadcast
As a war group, ZC's intention is to gain influence and grow as powerful as possible. We do this through member acquisition and organization. We have found a suitable balance between strict discipline and free will, and use both in tandem to crush the opposition. However, as you progress, you will realize we are one of the best options on Roblox, and we are progressing to eventually become THE best.
//: Nine Laws of the Zenith Consortium:
1. All superiors are to be addressed as their respective rank or sir/ma'am at all times.
2. All ranks above Master Sergeant are considered Officer titles, and such, have the authority to administer positions, punishments, launch events, etc. while on duty.
3. Understandable grammar is mandatory. This is at the discretion of the highest rank in the server. Faces are discouraged and make you look like a squeaking milksop.
4. Unless otherwise stated, infantry in formation will request permission before speaking.
5. If you have issues in ZC the ONLY way to address them is to send ONE message about them to an Officer. Do not blurt them out during events - your focus should be the event, not anything else.
6. No public arguing, if you have an issue with a person try to solve it privately with that person first, but if that doesn't work, message an Officer to mediate.
7. Orders from Officers are to be followed without question. Bickering with an officer over an order you object to, rather than messaging a higher rank, is grounds for insubordination.
8. Full uniform is required while on duty. Wear your rank's respective t-shirt (20 tix) if you cannot afford the clothing.
9. During battle, only the CO is allowed to speak out of teamchat. All talking must be important and relevant, in teamchat.
Note: This Constitution allows Officers full disciplinary authority. They hold the power to maintain rigid and efficient forces, and are personally approved by the Chancellor before appointment.

This guide was written so that our path to victory can be clearly and universally understood. Discipline, dedication, ability, all of these values and those related to them are held in the highest regard in our ranks, exhibiting them consistently is your best and only hope of advancing through our ranks. Through unity, we shall gain strength, and thus work our way to the top. The Consortium shall reign supreme.
