Depression runs in my family. Both of my parents are on meds for it, and I know mom has siblings on depression meds. I don't have it, fortunately, but I have anxiety disorder, which is not fun, but I'm on meds for that. The meds pretty much zapped my emotions and now I'm virtually emotionless.

A large majority of individuals with "generalized" depression never completely recover from the condition, It requires a system of consistent management and individual effort to improve your overall Quality-Of-Life.

There is no helping it. While there are periods in which I feel less than horrible, eventually it comes back and sometimes worse. It's hard to predict. |

2. On christmas, someone posted a roblox gift card code which I used to get obc so I wouldn't be banned easily
3. 300 posts aren't a lot, I know when you only have 500 you think so

i've been depressed for at least 6 or 7 years now, and i've been getting so much better lately
therapy and medication and actually trying to deal with my issues instead of wallowing in despair is helping so much
i'm actually doing stuff and talking to people and being somewhat happy these days
it's been a long fight and there's still progress to make but i've got a feeling i can beat this
and honestly, if i could do it, anyone can

How I feel is just different I guess. I have lots of friends and spend time with them a lot and have a good life it's just
