To let non-bc sell their unwanted hats for private sales. For instance I got the collectors item but I don't want it. But I want to make something out of loosing it. I don't just want to delete it. I want to make a profit.

Honestly I never understood why we cant resell hats. Considering it cost R$ to buy them in the first place. Maybe make ones that cost R$ able to be sold. then rewarded hats BC limited items or something...
