Hello everyone,
It is time for the Senate Class II elections! So get your campaigns ready, and be prepared for some spam for the next few days on the wall!
So basically, everyone in the Senate Class II needs to re-run for elections or they will lose their positions. The people in Senate Class II are the following: xXGekoXx, jody7777, kach, JustYourDailyNoob, AwakenedNightmare, and Tracktion.
If the following individuals do not get re-elected, then their terms will expire, and thus removed as Congressmen.
Here are some mandatory rules for getting on the ballot:
1. Be a citizen of the United States of America for AT LEAST three months.
2. Have 15 or more signatures with CITIZENS OF THE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA signatures. (Non-USA signatures are illegitimate, and won't be counted!) Signatures must be documented via forum.
After you've achieved the signature requirement, private message me the following template filled out correctly:
I (Username) hereby agree to all the rules listed in the Election Guidelines for Januarys senate Elections and understand the punishments given for rules broken by myself.

After you complete the requirements, send the candidate form as shown to DeviousQueen. Do NOT send it to another person or it may result in disqualification. Failure to also send me the correct template may end up in disqualification. If your signature thread does not exceed 15 signatures the first time you send it to me, you will not get on the ballot at all.
We have also increased the amount of campaign rules due to the huge amount of wall spam and slander regarding campaign advertising. Please follow these rules in order to ensure your placement on the ballot:
- Only post ONE advertisement per page.
Do not use alts to advertise multiple times per wall page.
It is your responsibility to make sure that nobody else spams your campaign advertising on the wall.
- Do not break any laws - this includes slander and libel.
You will be instantly disqualified for this. There are no exceptions.
- Any evidence of bribery for votes will result in disqualification.
The Senate limit for all Classes are 7. Only 7 Senators will be elected this election.
The ballot will be released on Wednesday, January 7th for election (Around 5:00 EST at night).
You have until 3:00 EST on Wednesday, January 7th to tell me your signature forum, and submit your template.
Voting will commence until Saturday, January 10th (Polls end at around 4:00 EST). Results will then be posted a bit after.
If the Congressional Elections Committee finds a congressional candidate in violation of any election rules, guidelines, or procedure, the committee shall then vote whether or not to disqualify the candidate for the breach of election rules. The committee will simply use a majority system during their voting.
However, disqualifications can be appealed to the committee in a hearing.
