It's that time again - the time where I ask for help with fixing this ever-annoying glitch I've had since February. :D
Basically, whenever I try to play a place online, it just stays at Bricks: 0 Connectors: 0 forever. I think it loads Lighting, but that's it.
I can still play Solo Mode, use Studio, and use those testing servers Studio has. I just can't use the play button or server select.
I've tried resetting the options, and even reinstalling Roblox, several times, neither of which did anything at all. I even tried using a different account, which didn't work either.
So, um, how do I fix this? I miss playing Roblox. D:
TL;DR: When I play Roblox online I get stuck on Bricks: 0 Connectors: 0. I've tried everything. Help plocks. |

You must have a really laggy PC, otherwise I can't see whats wrong...

Have you tried unblocking the ports ROBLOX uses from your firewall/router? |

Well, my adapter doesn't seem to be blocking anything, and my firewall has four exceptions all with Roblox in the name [Roblox, ROBLOX Game, ROBLOX Game [yes, again], and RobloxApp], so what am I doing wrong? |

Well, this is new. It's definitely not a connection problem...
...SINCE IT STILL SHOWS BADGE NOTIFICATIONS. When I sit there with Bricks: 0 Connectors: 0, with no one shown on the player list but myself, it still shows other players' badge notifications. Way to rub it in, Roblox. |

Dude I fell your pain :( Mine has been doing that to and I tried everything the roblox guy told me to do. I have no idea what the problem is but it is really annoying! I have seen so many cool games coming up but I can never play them... *sigh* and I constantly see the badge notifications as well. |

What operating system, and version, are you running?
Are you running ROBLOX as an Administrator?
Have you tried un-installing and re-installing? |

I am running roblox as an administrator and I have un-installed and re-installed 5 times. I'm using a HP computer and I have never tried using roblox before on thiss computer but my other two computers always ran with roblox untill now. I think it might have been an update Roblox made. |

I use Windows XP, as an Administrator, and I have reinstalled Roblox more times than I care to count. It's worked on this computer before, until it spontaneously started getting this glitch around February, sometime after the release of the Master Chef hat. |

Problem
Roblox client can't connect to the Roblox game server
What Happens
Roblox fails to connect to the game server, showing the user an error message Error messages include “Could Not Connect”, “ID 15 Failure”, and similar User can “Visit Solo”, but cannot “Visit Online”
Why it Happens
Firewall
This is almost always a firewall problem, though it can be (in very few cases) the result of a low-bandwidth connection or a flakey wireless connection. You can rule out the wireless connection by switching to a wired connection if possible. If it’s not the connection, or if you can’t try a wired connection, assume it’s the firewall.
Slow Internet Connection / Big Map
If you are playing on the internet on really slow service, and the map is big, it can take a good bit of time to actually download the map. Give it a little while. ROBLOX can be played on a modem, but your experience is likely to be poor.
Empty Map / Place
If the map seems to be running.. but it is unusually devoid of stuff, then the maker was just lazy and the map did in fact load. The maker probably just didn't do anything with the map, so it is empty. You can tell when a map is done loading, a chime is sounded.
Bad Map / Place
Quite simply. the map is bad. something happened when the map was made, there is some bad script, or something is preventing the map from working properly. Inform the maker of the problem, there is nothing you can do about it.
What to Do
Make Sure You’re Using the Supported Browser
First thing to check, is see what browser you are using. Currently, the ROBLOX web site and the inbuilt browser you use in the Roblox Studio are using Internet Explorer, and that is all the Roblox can start from at the moment. Firefox and Opera are not yet supported, and you will have to either use Internet Explorer to open it, or go into Roblox Studio, where the page will open up. If you try to connect to a world without IE, you may get an error message that says "Roblox cannot start from your web browser," and that is the very error that this is.

Actually, I CAN connect to the game server. I still get live feed from the badge notifications, and the lighting options [time, star number, etc, not skyboxes though] still load. |

Try to refeshing the page and keep doing or just click "PLAY" stead of choosing a server. |

Processor GHZ = changes between 0.3 and 0.8 all the time
Type of OS = i made mah own! it haz pokemon themez!

Internet connection speed = a dial up (i have a 35 servers connected on it)

OMG SAME HERE, it get to the loading screen but the numbers stay at 0 then after 2 mins it says i lost connection, I NEVER EVEN GOT IT
also, just today i cant test a place i built
