No one will sue roblox... I find it ridiculous how children are like 'no u cnt toch tht, i sue', or 'u brok me pin, OMG u bettez py 0r i sue u'. No, that's not how it works. Besides, it's publicity for them. It gets their name out there, and roblox is causing damage to their brand. Besides, it'd be terrible publicity to sue a childrens game, and normally, they threaten before suing.

They're not really copying, they are 'recreating' the brand and 'morphing' it into something fit for the ROBLOX site. There is a different between copying and recreating.
Also, we can get around it. If Aegean Airlines™ sued ROBLOX for my primary group, we could easily change it to Aegean Airways™ and still get all of our ideas and logos from Aegean Airlines™ . |

I wouldn't delete them necassarily, I would simply make the group change their name and give the owner a warning. |

As another, great-minded user has said, it's promoting the brand in a sense. It's not humiliating or misusing the name of the brand.
We can just change our blue-based logo into red (which we actually did so recently) and slightly modify the text, then it's OK. It's like a copyrighted song. Just pitch it or change the tempo and poof, you've got the song. It becomes yours because you've bothered to work on that song. If you can pitch a song I don't see why modifying everything completely should get you a lawsuit. |

Thats wrong. Starbucks has sued people for having the same logo with a different color. Also slightly modifying it isn't enough, the name has to be completely different or its parody and copied. Stores such as "Dumb Starbucks" (yes someone actually opened that next to a starbucks) and "Starducks" etc get sued by Starbucks.
Also you can't just pitch/tempo and song and make it yours either.
You have to make it original to avoid lawsuit |

@Skittle if you watched the Nathan For You Episode he was the one who created "Dumb StarBucks" and he got shut down for health violation, But I guess eventually StarBucks would've sued. |

if I make a song with the lyrics 'STARBUCKS IS STUPID, STARBUCKS IS STUPID, GO TO COSTA INSTEAD' Starbucks can't sue me for that. With Aegean Airlines we literally just use the name. All of our planes, logos, and functions are completely different. |
