It may be intended as Racism for African Americans, but there is no way it offends someone. Infact, I would take it as compliments. Shoop Da Whoop is considered to be some sort of "epic" weapon or lazer. Tell me how that could offend anyone, and even so most of the internet probably doesn't even know of Shoop Da Whoop's existence. One third probably doesn't know it's "true" meaning, while the rest do. So, what's the problem? Very few know what it is, so if they did use it, it would be most likely unintended.

I'm not sure how it was thought of as racist :O It originated in the YouTube series "The Lazer Collection", I'm sure.

Exactly, many people complain of it's Existence. And, while Shoop Da Whoop may have a Blackface, would it really change if it were white? Yellow? Blue?
