I tried purchasing items of off roblox, and it says "Transaction Declined By Bank" I tried purchasing the items on 3 different computers and 3 different payment methods and it still says that. |

Your card might be expired

I'd make a bet with you that it's because of ROBLOX's payment methods. When you're from a certain country this happens a lot with the banks and websites' purchases. ROBLOX can't help it until the area that your bank is from moves a step up. Think of it like a pyramid... Your bank might only be on the first step of the pyramid while ROBLOX requires the 2nd or 3rd step for transactions to go through. This problem also occurs when you use certain pre-paid universal gift cards. It's just because they're still on that first step. Best thing for you to do is purchase the item you're looking to purchase through the mobile application by adding the money to your mobile device's account. It always works for me. Best of luck. |

Common sense dictates that if ROBLOX says the bank declined the transaction then the bank declined the transaction (not ROBLOX), and due to this it means you would be more fruitful in your search for an explanation if you were to contact the bank about it, not ROBLOX.
Sometimes banks will block a transaction if they believe it's fraudulent, which they "detect" by seeing whether it's outside of your normal spending pattern. If this is the case, phoning the bank should resolve the issue, however if this isn't the reason for them declining the transaction then they'll be able to give you the specific reason. |

No. I'm getting this same issue. I have multiple credit cards, that have been used at websites throughout the world. All four of them I've tried have been "Declined by Bank". Something else is going on. Either Roblox is on a blacklist due to some issue, or Roblox is not set up right. I wanted to buy some Roblox for my kids accounts but no go. |

I think some banks have blacklisted something or IDK. I can buy BC,TBC Or OBC just fine. BUT with robux no luck.. my friend got it working somehow. and the cards work on the other stores. so it has to do something with the Banking companys. |

Still happening ! ! ! - had a problem since July. Tried 2 different cards and checked all info but no luck. SO FRUSTRATING ! ! ! Roblox just keep giving me the same information which doesn't help. I rang Paypal and they said there is no problem their end so I really don't know the answer. Wasted too much time already trying to sort this. Roblox please find an answer for your customers ! |

I am having the same notification too! I was going to get OBC and ROBUX but it keeps on saying 'Bank Declined'! I really wanna fix this problem! I hope someone knows how to fix this! |

Hello everyone,
Please make sure all details entered match the details on the card.
Please make sure your bank has approved your credit/debit card for electronic transfer.
Make sure the address is the address on file with your bank, and the e-mail used matches the e-mail used to login to the bank account associated with the card.
ROBLOX requires that all cardholders allow recurring payments and are in approved countries, make sure all information entered is accurate and correct.

I used paypal to pay for upgrades for my son and I got a message saying "error declined" but then right afterwards got an SMS message from my bank confirming that the payment had gone through. They called me afterwards and asked me if it was a legitimate transaction but I told them I got a message on the roblox website that said declined, but they said it can't be declined because the money had already been deducted from credit card. So what now?!!! |
