Okay, so I started to write a whole system that could work with this... But then it got too confusing, even for me.
Anyway, basic complaint: update the comment system.
Ratings, filters, categories(Reviews, bugs, random, etc.), reply systems, anything.
The comment system has been severely abused by advertisers, spammers, and really, it needs to be fixed a little.
Take ideas from other people, listen to our ideas; add negatively rated comments as hidden, filter positive, negative, and neutral feedback in reviews, anything.
Just, update it. There are so many ideas going through my head right now that would greatly benefit everyone, but I can't put it into words, it's so simple yet so confusing when in one post.
