Roblox removed user made meshes due to miss use, spam etc. ~[Before you judge a man, walk a mile in his shoes; after that, who cares?! He's a mile away and you've got his shoes~]~

First, User-Made meshes are quite a bit more advanced than CSG in that you can drag vertices and smooth things out, CSG is basically add/remove face/vertices. Second, ROBLOX removed user-made meshes because they couldn't moderate them and some had copyright claims. Now they can moderate them
