Due to the issues with shout, I am just going to clear some things up.
Reasons to use shout:
-Team Tryouts (Not Individual)
-Game Info (Commissioner/Co-Commissioner only)
-Group Info (Commissioner/Co-Commissioner only)
-Team Info (Dont use for saying new players you have signed)
(Anything other then those, you will be warned, then fired if it happens again)
Reasons not to use shout:
-Don't use hashtags (Shout will be taken down and you will be warned)
-Trying to talk to someone else (Use the group wall for that)
-Scrimmage info (Use group wall to say the final score)
-Putting who you signed on it (Use the group wall)
