So, I know this happened in 2013 but I still think something needs to be done about it. I remember logging into Roblox one day and realised I hardly had any outfits. Then, I go to the catalog, find an outfit and bam, it's 100 tickets!! I didn't know whether the site had been hacked but obviously not. This was back when I had like 10 tickets and like two robux (I spent them all :P ) and I quickly emailed Roblox about it. They did nothing. They didn't even reply. This is shocking service to be honest.
Pros:
1. The designers make more money.
Cons:
1. NBC members have to wait...what...10 days just to buy one outfit!
2. The majority of the time, the outfit is really messed up / opaque and the buyer wasted so much money just to buy something that doesn't work.
3. Most NBC users don't have the patience to wait.
4. 90% of NBC users haven't got that kind of money!
Right, now can you see the problem? It's really annoying. It's also not fair how it takes a BC / TBC / OBC about a day to save up for an outfit yet it takes 10 days for NBC users. It's stupid and definitely the worst update on Roblox...EVER. About 96% the population on Roblox probably agrees with me. Who is on of those people? If Roblox really care about their users, they will at least lower the prices to 20 / 30 tickets to make it more fair for the NBC users.

Haha yeah it's really annoying!
Another problem is that it leads to people copying other peoples clothes. Since some people can't afford clothes, they find a way to copy other people's which I wouldn't really want that to happen to me. |

@Tix Woah chill. It was just a suggestion. No need to kick off! Loads of people are against this. Have you even seen the amount of people who hate the price floor? It's really annoying, being NBC myself, having to save up for ten days just to buy something. And as the following user said, it's fun to dress up on Roblox as it is on any site. Some people are in fashion groups (like me) and participate in fashion shows and stuff like that because it's fun. There was no need to go off it at me. |

Well, you are not forced to buy things. But I do agree that they are very inconvenient for groups because members need to wait and wait to by uniforms. If the price floor was lowered to 50 it would be perfect for almost everybody, for example I don't have internet at home (Im decaying) and I log on Monday-Friday at school to collect my daily funds. Support. |

Yeah, well there's no need to tell me to 'get off' and call me 'greedy' because I'm not. It's really frustrating not being able to buy stuff. Maybe I want to make my character nice (I am not an ODer before anyone says, I am against ODers) but I can't because of the price floor. |

You know this is a free game right, and yet you cost roblox money? No, I bet you didn't. Roblox has servers, which cost a LOT more than you might think. For a minecraft server, it's $1 a month, per users the server can hold. So one player in a 64 person server if he stays in it for a month will cost $64, that's a lot. But roblox has it's own specialised servers, so it costs FAR more than minecraft servers. And yet, roblox gives you one online game space, and unlimited servers. That's a lot of money they dedicate. Did you know last year was the first year roblox broke even? It needs more people to buy BC, so this helps with that.
Also, price floors seriously help combat inflation by taking a lot of tix out of the system in taxes.

Whoa, Dominus, way to go, man.
He's completely right. Roblox needs the money. More and more nonpaying users are joining, and Roblox needs to find a way to encourage them to spend money. Also, what people don't realize is that they need the money for a lot of things. Sure, the game is a big part, but there are other expenses. Employees must be paid along with utilities and rent for their building.

Although this has been SUGGESTED several time when Price Floor introduced some accepted but most doesn't;most likely NBC users.
I was a BC before.It's quite sad that NBC will never experience what it's like being a BC if a user lives in regions that doesn't support certain payment like ROBLOX Credits and Rixty. |
