The /t says "You are not in a team", its the same thing with the % trick, how do I create "the team"?

There has to be two different teams, like "Red Team" and "Blue Team". You can't just team chat to neutral.

Sorry, I am talking about when in game it says '[Team] Test: You have no team' how do I create a team in-game to talk to friends?
