My response to number one: I believe this is able to be scripted? But, there are some new ROBLOX players. Not all the recently joined people are alts, surprisingly. My response to number two: This sounds like unnecessary scripting/developing. A users appearance is the least of ROBLOX's concerns. My response to number three: Completely logical. However, people can just make a new email account to verify their alts, it has been done before. Users under 13 should not be able to speak period, or even VIEW the chat in-game.

First of all, nice important sign when most of these were just something from a crazy ROBLOX addict's dream. Second of all, no support because this is all scriptable. Game developers can add this into their game via script they made or a (just like most new players use) free models.
