I can't even tell you exactly what time it was but I know it was extremely early. My door was closed and the room was dimly lit by the light of my incubating quail eggs at the farthest corner away from my bed.
My cat was curled up under the covers in the crook of my knees, undisturbed and silent.
I awoke to the sound of a male voice, well, a deeper voice, I would assume it to be male. It was calling my name as if actually trying to wake me. It ceased once I took notice of the voice and became fully aware of it and that it shouldn't have been there.
I can tell you with confidence that no one was present in my room.

I hear voices that aren't there so much that I just stopped caring about it, when I'm sitting in my room, with my door locked and my headphones on, I hear people call my name, it's pretty weird to to be honest.

No idea what's causing em, but I'd like to think that sitting alone in a room with a closed door for about ten hours a day without human contact or speaking once might be a cause. I'd never know if I had schizophrenia though.

I am a completely sane, stable human being with no mental issues or history of mental issues.
These things happen at random times, primarily during the night/late-night and early morning before the sun rises. |
