Allow approved offsite links

The keyword here is "approved", by which I mean, approved by an Admin/mod. Basically, ROBLOX would create a new type of moderator called "Link Moderators", these work like Image Moderators, except with links. Before a link is approved, it is replaced with a "Link under review" message, which has a link which leads to the ROBLOX homepage. Once a Link Moderator/Super Moderator has viewed the link, they determine whether or not it is safe for ROBLOX, if it is, they allow it, if it isn't, they put the usual [Content deleted] It may take some time creating a new section of moderators, but it's well worth it.

..what? Also, people bypass links all the time, in-game, on forums, etc. and I don't think anybody wants to waste their own/anybody else's time with the job of moderating a link. sanity.exe has stopped working.
