Hello everyone! I'd thought I'd make this and share it with you so you know what my plans are for the next year with YES!.

Let me just list them- and explain why I was thinking about whatever I've listed/proposed the idea.
-Make the HS, with a Cafe, and self-owned stores from our allies. (Working on it)
--With the allies, and the stores, it would bring more attraction to the store; and with the place traffic money, I could easily run ads every week, along with my own income, which I never use.
-Make a new Runway
--This might take a while, I need ideas, and I simply cannot come up with anything. Maybe you have an idea (:?
-Release the Outlets once I get new allies (active) in the stores
--I have 3 outlet stores in place, Starbucks, Avenue, and Beautique. I've gotten silence from Beautique, so their store is empty. I'll just have to gather active allies.
-Work on the YES! high rank committee
--I could host trainings twice a week- interviews, and events to make the HRs as family-united as possible. I really want YES to be a good environment, for everyone to enjoy, and I think having trainings, interviews and events could really help bring YES together.
-Get as close with the other YES members as possible
--I really want to get close with everyone so we could all seem like family- not just another fashion group. I want to have the lower ranks look up to use as idols, not just high ranks.
-Make YES! as modern as possible
--I know everyone is so up-to-date with all of the technology and the new 'modern' look, and I want YES to stay up-to-date as well, so members don't lose interest.
-Have 1 week out of the month be for fun- with prizes (which I'd provide) in ROBUX, and (with the your approval) have the winner be 'Member of the Month'.
--I think this would be fun for the members, because they'd get to compete in some fun activities, meet new members, and win prizes. (with the rank, I'd also pay you for that).
And with all of this in mind, I still have more to come. I am a new designer in Kestrel, so I cannot spend every second of my free time with YES!, but the majority, I do hope to become a family member to the 5300+ members.
