Basically, what it would do is generate a secure passw0rd for you. If the passw0rd exists, then it will choose something else. Now, of course, you would still have the option of creating your own passw0rd.
This would definitely help decrease the chances of account theft, as a lot of passw0rd cracking tools (such as brute force) would have a harder time.
