We all know you can make cutscenes, but I think it would be cool to film a scene on your computer, and be able to upload it to ROBLOX.
One of the rules for this is that all videos must be moderated by more than one moderator, and are held for 24-48 hours before they are allowed on ROBLOX.
Another rule is that they must be ROBLOX related, and do not contain any content that violates the ROBLOX rules.
So, How would this work?
It would basically be a video stored in the game, and when you reach a certain point specified by scripting, the cutscene would play.
Whats the use of the video cutscenes?
IT would be an easier way to do complicated things like driving and live action, instead of having to script in the motions, or even use studio to create the motions, you could film the actions, upload the cutscene to ROBLOX, and use it in your game after it has been moderated.
Would this cost ROBUX?
I would say yes... maybe 1kR$. Anyone with BC and up or a successful NBC user should be able to afford 1k R$.
What happens if your cutscene gets rejected?
No refunds. Refunds would fuel the fire. If there were to be refunds then they would have to be less than what was paid so that the user can not upload another scene right off the bat. Assuming they have the ROBUX, if they get rejected then that user can not upload another cutscene for 24 hours.
What about multiple uploads?
I would say one cutscene at a time... one every 24-48 hours, or whenever the first cutscene is accepted.
