Well, think about it. You can still be a scientist and be religious. In fact, in terms of fiction and factual knowledge of the world beyond (not saying which is sorted into which) we've advanced milleniums before our time. We just can't agree. (Thumbs up for humanity.) Scientific knowledge, however, is on a slight delay.
