Transaction declined by bank

So i tried to buy a few Robux and upon entering all my info i get a "Transaction declined by bank" message. I tried a few more times, double checked my information, to the same effect each time. I called up my bank, and their last declined transaction from me was about a month ago and that they have no record of me trying to purchase from here, they said that what has probably happened is that there is something on your end that isn't sending the information to them to actually allow the purchase, they told me to maybe try again later and if that didn't work to try and contact you guys. I've tried again later, it still isn't working, so now I've contacted you guys, not sure what is going on here but if someone could fix this i would appreciate it. I'm only trying to send 1 transaction here so if somehow you guys have a record of the 3-4 transactions I've tried on your end, please only charge 1 of those to my account.

Me max is one with my card , after oyu can only with gamecard , it's what i seen..

I have the same issue, I have a Visa Debit, and it is declined by bank. Tried buying OBC, but instead used my paypal balance.

So then am i going to have to buy a point card from gamestop or something? you would think roblox would have gotten on this issue earlier.

that usually means something is incorrect on your billing info check it again

I've tried it so much now that it will no longer let me, all my info is 100% correct: Your transaction cannot be completed at this time, as you have reached a transaction limit. If you have any questions, please contact our Customer Service Team at [email protected] and reference error code DCC. Please note Customer Service cannot change or remove these limits. All this trouble for a few dollars in robux, ugh.
