starter pack help

Ok so i was taught how to take out the starter pack because i didnt want people deleting stuff in my home, how do i insert the starter pack?? I dont know how please help im about 2 weeks old at this game.

ok so in the editor go to the side and theres the starter pack open that up and delete the tools
