Why can't we see the profiles of deactivated users?

For moderation actions from a warning right up until a 14 day ban, profiles remain visible. For accounts that have been terminated, we don't want people to be able to see those.

Because their account is terminated, meaning it is legit exterminated.

Because the account termination is a full deletion of records on that account or associated records to it, unless it is on another user's profile. ~im in love with the coco
