Unless you were the first people to live in your house or ur room was used for something besides a bedroom, somebody else used to live in your room, and some day someone will live in your room after u do (unless your house gets demolished or something).

My dad planned our house and built it in 1999 and it'll belong to one of us eventually so I don't think this is a problem

I'm not sure if I heard the story right, but I believe a previous owner at my dads house died inside the house, which is the one I'm in right now.
