Ok, it's a bright sunny day, I woke up to get on ROBLOX so I can go play my game and with some friends. But I realized something, and yes, this is happening WITH ALL MY PROGRAMS. Whenever the ROBLOX game appears, it appears BEHIND the browser and on my desktop, and not infront of my screen. It happens with all the programs I open up. Let's say, I wanted to open up Paint.net to make clothing right? Well it's not there and doesnt appear on front. Can this be a glitch in my PC? A glitch in roblox? Idk. my booty smells like c00kies

So are you saying, every time you click on Roblox or paint . net, your browser is still covering it?
