I wanna change my join date on my alt :l

My alt name is Rocklego12 which i was 12 when i joined which was back in 2011. Now i am 15 and i can't change my date because i put it as 2002 [I really didnt know when i was born back then :l] but it wont let me change it because it was on my mom's old ptd.net account and she said she inactivated that account and it doesn't exsists anymore and i contacted roblox and they said for my parents to call but they never do. Why cant we just contact roblox and ask to change our join date? We made the account... But can't control most of our account personal information?

For example, I'm pretty sure NearmissTFW was paying for a small portion of college through ROBLOX. Because DevEx earnings are like winning a game show, anything you "win" is considered income and it is taxed.
