Recently xXsoenXx has been trying to encourage the board to do a Training Guide so we don't go messing around in training and only doing a scrim. We need to accomplish something in training, therefore I'm creating a Training Guide to help us improve and live up to our standards. Here are the possible drills this is not the official guide until the board has fully discussed so for now here are some I thought of:
Passing:
-In twos lots of 1,2's
-People on the inside and the outside of the pitch and pass to them going to different people
-Practice Playing Through Balls Using Clones As Defenders
Shooting:
-Volleying: Use Crossing Machines
- One on One on the keeper
- Lining Up Pass To A Coach Then Have A shot On Goal
Tackling/Skills:
-Keep Ball. A small square where there are no balls but two teams have to try and keep possession.
-3 on 2. Two Defenders and Three Attackers teaming up together to do the obvious jobs.
- Playing Straight On From being Pressured
Goal Keeper:
- Taking Shots
- Catching the ball
-Diving. Practice Diving, then dive with the real ball.
As I said earlier this is not the permanent Training Guide just a temporary guide.
