Ok so I have been thinking and would it be a lot of trouble to make it so players could possibly have more than 3 hats? Ok now I am not asking for 12 hats like that 1 glitch. I am simply asking for more. Would this be a cool idea? Let me know in replies below. (My suggested amount is 6 hats) One more thing, You might see a few flaws in my plan so point them out if you feel the need to.

No, they already said they're not going to raise them, it would just be simply too laggy.

Yeah you can :) They've optimised the servers I guess to run faster.
