Dear Congress and Government,
I have proposed a bill to still keep any department agencies at peace and non corrupt.
All who will join from the congress team will be rank as the lowest rank on the team,
(Available on team in any places, LV/DC)
And any agents that will join must attend complete trainings every week, must
have 2-3 complete trainings and good conduct from the trainer or the office in charge.
Agents will learn ALL basics and advance skills. Failure to comply to learn all of these,
will lose his/her rank.
No warning will be given if you are caught abuse, excused if you have declared clean.
Low or high abuse will STILL be counted.
I am pretty sure that the congress is filled with disciplined and honest members and,
willing to join some department agencies. Some of us might not have any experience
on being a agent of some defense team, and this is a chance for them to excel more
and give it a wonderful try!
