question about the mouse

this is something thats been buggin me for a long time now. whats the difference between MouseButton1Click and MouseButton1Up? They both fire when the mouse button is released, so... wats the diff?

MouseButton1Click only fires when the button goes down and up MouseButton1Up will fire if you move the mouse over the button after clicking down and then releasing it up there
