When it started out, rap showed real promise. However, it's devolved to boasting about how many hot women you have, how much money you have, and dehumanizing other rappers. That's why I pretty much listen to underground rap because there's some semblance of improving your lot in life in that genre. |

dude rap isnt even close to the most popular genre! maybe at your city but not many other places!!! my friends say they like rap/hip-hop (there the same thing) but they really dont! in all my life ive only met 1 or 2 people who actually like that kind of crap!

Dude, it's all with popular culture.
Yeah "nelly" and "snoop dizzle" suck.
BUT! There are some other kinds of rap out there.
Hollywood Undead is a brilliant Thra-core rap band.
And they sound nothing like the old snoop dog.
So we may not like nelly, but every rapper out there is a snoop dizzle. |
