my parents took a flight to cancun they said they'd get there at about 2 pm, and facetime me the moment they got there its 4 pm now and they havent facetimed me, and with the recent plane crashes, im extremely paranoid help ヽ༼ಠʖ̯ಠ༽ﾉ donger disapprovesヽ༼ಠʖ̯ಠ༽ﾉ

It'd be on the news. With the storm there are probably some delays (delays help avoid storm don't worry) It's fine no worries! Also, maybe data plan is different out of country/wifi is hella bad at hotel?
