Like the feature of not being able to rate a game unless you've played and you are verified, you shouldn't be able to comment on an item if you don't own it. This update would take place for clothing, hats, gears, faces, and pretty much everything else. I feel that this would drastically reduce spammers and hacked accounts from spreading links to their malicious sites
