So there has been some confusion how how to use the Boombox, and as such people have been claiming it doesn't work and saying I've been conning people and so forth.
So I'm here to write a quick guide to debunk the rumors about this gamepass, and most importantly of all; make sure my customers know how to use the item they bought.
Right, so first thing is first, if you bought the gamepass while in-game, you will need to rejoin the game for it to activate!
Now once you have activated the gamepass, go to the bottom left hand side of the screen and click the boombox icon.
Now once you open the panel, you must get a sound Id and put it into the text box.
Go to the development library for audio (Develop > Library > Audio).
Find a sound that you want.
For this example, we're using the Ripull Minigames theme.
Click on the sound and you will get a URL that looks like this in the address bar:
http://www.roblox.com/Minigame-Madness-Music-item?id=181442939
NOW, take the numbers after the equal sign on this URL, the audio Id you get is 181442939
Input 181442939 into the textbox on the music GUI and click play!
There you have it. This is the same process for any other sound you find in the development library.
**Please be aware, if you have slow internet, the audio *WILL NOT* play straight away. It may take a couple of seconds before it starts playing**.
