ROBLOX is a site that features a blog and a wiki, which also feature a series of surveys.... Confusing? No. Alright.
With these ROBLOX surveys, we are able to provide ROBLOX with our opinions on the game and its features. One problem is-we can't make our own surveys without going through various links and sites.
ROBLOX limits us to a certain number of off-site links we may post: Twitter, YouTube, and ROBLOX test sites. By Twitter we are able to direct players to our own custom survey, but it adds more work to the system. First you have to make your survey using a site, then you have to go onto Twitter and post your link there. Once you have that done you need to come to the forums and post your thread. Oh, how we wish there were a more simple way...and that's where "Public Surveys" come in.
My idea of Public Surveys is the fact that we should be able to make our own surveys to the community of ROBLOX without fearing a warning, having our post deleted, and other consequences. And then another thing comes in-ROBLOX.
ROBLOX owns the site, yes, and the rules. They are able to allow other off-site links whenever they want, or remove them. When I stated that ROBLOX allows Twitter, YouTube, and ROBLOX test sites, I only meant the 'main' ones. There are less-important ones, such as the official ROBLOX wiki (wikia is fake-you should probably know that), Scripting Helpers, and RBXDev (skeptical). All these sites have somewhat of a relation to ROBLOX-most of them endorsed by ROBLOX (excluding the major companies).
To get to the point, I am suggesting ROBLOX to address a new site. A new site for surveys. A survey creator. A ROBLOX-made, public survey creator. One we can link to with ROBLOX.
Through this we can save several minutes, all we do is make a survey, make a thread and post it, rather going through two other steps. I am not going to direct an exact URL to be used-it's up to ROBLOX (they have their ways).
The surveys would have to be approved before being allowed to be shown on forums. In example, if you make a survey and post it on a thread, the URL would be replaced with something such as [Survey Awaiting]. When allowed, the URL would appear to all members. While in a [Survey Awaiting] mode, any official moderators would be able to view it and discuss if it should be allowed. The surveys would, of course, have to abide to the ROBLOX rules: no inappropriate things, no swearing, no dating-related things, etc.
With the site their would come a special sub-forum, preferred to be under ROBLOX or another sub-genre. The links or URLs would be allowed on all other sub-forums as well. The extra sub-forum would be for ones that don't fit into other categories (unlikely, there's always RT, ATR, and OT).

Support. I thought they already used a subdomain called polls.roblox.com or something like that for official surveys, why not make it available for all users to use?

@TheEvilComputer, they do still use that. For example, they used it for the 50K Space Hawk award. All people who filled out the survey received the hat.
What I'm stating is that we should have a-well, you get the idea.

Only, make a little page with a bunch of randomized surveys, so we can get people to check them out without posting it everywhere and spamming the forums and/or game comments.

And yes, I forgot to state that surveys by other players would be shown if the creator allows it.
Another addition is that you need to have a ROBLOX account and have it linked to the site, such as Scripting Helpers does. This could be done by simply putting it in your blurb and keeping it there.

Support. This would be really helpful for group surveys. As an owner of a 'Ro-Wrestling' fed, I could use this pretty often, such as surveys for Pay-Per-View themes, end of year awards, etc. I've used these off-site surveys before, but it was a big pain. This idea would help quite a bit. |

People pay like it an ad but... you can pay extra to give users some incentive to do your survey.

I assume what you're saying, Natth, is to add a way to give something for doing surveys?
That could be a lot.
Say a popular game maker makes a survey, for one ticket each time somebody does the survey.
Five hundred surveys? That's five hundred tickets right there. Not even for you?
Take Loleris for instance. One day, say, ten thousand surveys. Ten thousand tickets down the drain.
Now, if you bump it up a notch, it's more incentive; say, ten tix. That could suffice to many more people, and due to not taking it down soon enough, somebody could run out of cash.
Speaking of which, what would happen when they ran out of R$ or tix?
