Charge: Accessory to murder, abuse of authority. No warnings were given to me or the gentle men near me as Joey himself said when he tpd to us. "I gave them orders to kill anyone who passed the bottom of the ramp." The visitor then told him this. "We never saw it." Joey replied by saying this. "You weren't here when the order was given." Joey admits to giving orders to kill multiple citizens or visitors, and to injure.
