UAF members always say how RAA couldn't beat UAF currently. Well we will be getting our fourth win against UAF. UAF doesn't belong anywhere near the top 5 clans and we're going to knock them right out.
My proposed terms are:
>First to 30 raid wins
>No allies
>No base updates unless something is broken or if it's agreed upon
>No switching bases. RAA uses Coventry, UAF uses recruitment center.
>No being a scumbag
>Defend all raids
>Flame allowed
>Flooding allowed
These are open to negotiation. Hopefully we hear back swiftly and can begin.

Maybe you should stop picking on clans that obviously have a smaller area of good people and fight an actual clan.
I would expect you to also lay off on clans that are already being bugged to war someone.

i would declare war on TGI but unfortunately TGI is weaker than UAF |

Clan Wars are voluntary actions. However, I wouldn't flat out decline any declaration. The most I'd do is recognize any raid/war as a conflict, an unofficial war that allows the aggressors to raid and call an "unofficial victory" upon the defending clan when they reach their set goals. |
