"i know it's a test site, but they should let it open so people can see if there any bugs or whatever." well surprise surprise, it isn't open because there is NOTHING TO TEST!!!! and it requires servers to actually run the website, so when they aren't testing anything, it isn't open, so they can use the servers for other things.
