I think you need to be 13+ to post on forums and it could be an age restricted place , nobody sued places like creepypasta.com for their stuff

If you think roblox will be sued over a forum for creepy stories, you wrong. There is a horrible culture of threating to sue among our generation, when actually have no grounds to sue. And if someone does fake there age to acsess the roblox forums, roblox is not at fault, the kid shouldn't of lied! |

Roblox is a kids game not a adult game. A lot of people get easily scared and parents will start complaining because a lot of people who play this game put a birth date that is not their real one and they end up going on that forum. |
