Fifa 15 need advice

I have a pretty good team, around 85 chem. ATM, I have Tevez and Robin Van Persie as striker, and Di Maria as cam, but I'm trying to decide whether I should replace 85 ovr Tevez with 86 ovr Wayne Rooney. Some factors: *Tevez is holding my chem back *Tevez looks chunky *Rooney doesn't have the best pace *Rooney will make my chem be like 95 or sum sht *Both are good strikers but I always have been a suker for speed but idk.....
