Eh, I think all the HR/HC's are fine, but some of us *Cough* me and Ryan *cough* can host a little more...but we all behave during trainings and such, I guess...?

Let me go and fill this out then, [MAJOR] Peterboy1993- Fairly incompetent. Needs to be more skilled and be an exemplar of some trait. lazors69- Same as above. jl161- Who? [BRIGADIER] Pipatron- Alright. BloodOfTheDeath- Immature. Incompetent at many tasks. Too whiny. fantasticKingKnight- Who? [GENERAL] bekim234- Again, immature. Though fairly competent, not very skilled at anything at all. LePacJr- Good. iFuelz- Annoying. [4 STAR GENERAL] Ryan9018- Eh. No. FunnyPro3 - I don't even want to start. xTheRealFanta - Probably one of the better RTDF High Ranks. Not exactly a very good high rank, but very good considering the alternatives. [5 STAR GENERAL] SeraphicSaint- Good, very competent and knows how to handle the clan. Perhaps a bit too light on the clan, but that's probably Destiny's fault. fireblades321- No. Needs more discipline, grammar, skills, etc. (Like everyone else here but Seraphic) [COMMANDER] xQueenDestinyx- An idiot, honestly. She doesn't seem to know a whole lot about the clan world nor it's major influences. While she's certainly better than before, she still cannot make a very big imprint on the clan world that is positive. She's unable to hold her clan together very well, nor get it to be a real fighting force, despite being a swords clan which pretty much means you can be unskilled and better than everyone. She's unable to lead her clan into victory nor inspire them to be very good. She has a negative reputation on the forums, and is unable to persuade any one of us here to join her clan. She has nothing compared to any other clan leaders here, and isn't very worthy of being a clan leader. She fills her clan with incompetent people, really small children who remember, are worthless at any task you hand to them, and lacks the skill to make them competent in any task. I've tried to point her in the right direction, but she keeps detouring. Over time, perhaps she may fix herself, but right now RTDF is at a loss because she isn't ISOLAYTOR or Vaktus or Dimste or whatever. She can fix her clan by the following - Fix her reputation on the forums. Get a real development team to make her clan appear good. Get rid of the small, incompetent children that are Officers. Get professionals as Officers. Ex-VOID, VAK, TGI, whatever. Train her members better. Use something other than repetitive Meadows. Get a real graphic artist. Get a TeamSpeak server. Train her members well - immaturity will lead to demotion or exile. Enforce grammar, strictly. Enforce skill as the only way of promotion. Lacking merit, will give you a lack of promotions. Get them forming. Get them here and take influence from the rest of the clan world and spread her own. Get rid of those who make her clan look bad, by exile. Start Forum trainings just as ISOLAYTOR did. Doing ANYTHING DIFFERENTLY from this path, WILL make RTDF less skilled than the rest of us. This has been shown both theoretically and experimentally. I do not understand why Queen refuses to listen to what is now empirical evidence, but she does. Everyone else does this, yet Queen refuses to, even though she is years behind the rest of us. She's too thick-skulled, it's not just egotism, it's that she refuses to apply the best strategies to improve her clan, and won't learn them from anyone. I have just a little sliver of faith in the minor clan world ascending into major clans, and I refuse to stop making more follow this path. The clan world is dying and it is imperative that we restock it with more clans to ensure the clan world's survival for future generations. - The Khaasai of the Horde, Breekahn Brizon the Indomitable
