Usual wear: Artic fatigues with bandana or tactical vest.
Nationalism: American
Race: Hawaiian
Backstory: My mother died at my birth in 2084. My father was shot by a CDF officer while we were walking by the subway station. I ran off before they arrested me. A few months later whilst I was hunting rabbits in the dunes, I ran into a Sandshark squad. They had just came back from raiding Fort Outlook. I was tied up and asked if I would join, and I agreed. To this day I haunt the CDF and rob unarmed travelers.
