♠Uniform♠
All Spade Imperium members are expected to wear uniform at every group related event. The uniform may be found here:

But what if I can't afford the uniform?
If you do not possess the funds to purchase the uniform, the holo has a script which makes everyone spawn in uniform. (Don't think this excuses you from buying it). But if we raid, and you do not have uniform, you'll take off all your clothes and packages, and make your skin color completely red.
♠How to address HR's♠
If the HR you are trying to speak to happens to be male, you will address him as "Sir", nothing else. But, if that particular HR happens to be female, you will address her as "Ma'am", nothing else. It is considered horribly rude to call a male "Ma'am". If you do it intentionally, you're one sassy child.
But what if I can't tell?
If you're unable to determine the gender of the HR you wish to speak with, it's best to call him/her "Sir", and see if he/she corrects you.
♠Aces Division♠
Spade Imperium; Aces Division is the best, top notch, head of the class. It holds the best at sword fighting, best at gun fighting, best at following orders. The group is invite only, so please don't ask to join. To receive an invite, you have to have mastered sword fighting, gun fighting, and standard SI coding.
But what if I believe I’ve mastered all that but I haven’t received an invitation?
If that happens, maybe you should try to get noticed more, try to get noticed by HR’s and Aces. Many of the ones chosen are recommendations from HR’s and Aces.
♠Shouts♠
A shout is used to alert the members of the group a training, raid, or defense is going on. Shouts MUST contain impeccable grammar. Remember, everyone in the group can see it, so don’t shout stupid or unneeded things. Also, when shouting be sure to use proper tags. Tags are something that go before the shout to quickly tell what the subject of the shout is. For example, a shout for a training would be “[TRAIN]”. More examples are as follows:
Training-[TRAIN]
Message-[MSG] or [MESSAGE]
Defense-[DEFENSE] or [DFNS]
Raid-[RAID]
Patrol-[PATROL]
Drills-[DRILLS]
If an HR does not use proper tags EVERY shout, he/she will be demoted immediately.
♠Training’s♠
Each HR is required to host one training each week, training’s are at the holo, which can be found on the group page. Most members are expected to attend every training that happens while they’re online. Training’s may include sword fighting practice, gun fighting practice, obby practice, and drills (Mostly standard SI coding). If you leave during a training without getting dismissed by an HR, you’ll be demoted. At the end of a training, if an HR feels you’ve done good enough, he/she may promote you to a higher rank.
But what if I feel I’ve been doing well and haven’t been promoted?
Perhaps you have to consider you HAVEN’T been doing well enough, perhaps you have been good at fighting, but not at following orders and rules.
♠Standard SI coding♠
Standard SI coding is a system we use to give out orders very quickly. It can be learned at when an HR is hosting drills, they teach SI coding. Examples are as follows:
Guns up-GU
Guns down-GD
Swords up-SU
Swords down-SD
Vertical line behind me-VLBM
Horizontal line beside me-HLBM
At ease-AE
Jump once-J1
Jump twice-J2
Jump thrice-J3
March-M
Crouch-C
That mostly covers it, any more advanced coding will mostly be taught to Aces.
♠Fort Tsar♠
Spade Imperium’s fort is named “Tsar”. You may enter Fort Tsar when patrolling or when there’s a raid at Tsar. All online members are required to attend all defenses. It’s best to patrol Fort Tsar to get a good handle on how raids work. Keep in mind, this is a somewhat advanced fort, so I highly recommend patrolling often.
♠Holo♠
A basic holographic training facility. LR’s and HR’s who are not co-hosting will line on the black lines in front of the podium, where HR’s and co-hosting HR’s will stand and host.
♠Kicking/Banning♠
When not following orders, deliberately defying HR’s, or just not behaving in general, you’ll get kicked from the training or banned from the training.
