like comments/similar items but there will be 3 /comments/similar items/reviews Reviews would have only opinions on the hat posted by trusted reviewers, anything with "trade me" or spam messages would be immediately deleted, or not even be there at all because only trusted reviewers can post reviews

Handpicked? More work for mods. And what basis do they use to handpick users? Good moderation history? That's not relevant to reviewing skills. Steam reviews? How can kids who have never reviewed anything become a trustworthy reviewer? I think the review system should be like the games system. All users are allowed to post reviews, but only trusted reviews rise to the top. Acquiring a good amount of review ratings will mark you as a trustworthy reviewer.
