Ability to trade off-sale items.

One of the reasons why I think this is a good idea, because it will be more successful and the limited trading. Basically, in limited trading, people want to win and only care about how much the hats is worth and not the look. But for the off-sale trading, it is the opposite because off-sale items don't have a market value and therefore people will judge the hat by the look. I think this should be a BC feature so it encourages people to buy BC to get a hat they always has been dreaming of, and some hats the the 07, 08 and 09 visitor hats can be banned (optional).
