As of now, the only things you can buy with group funds are advertisements and rolesets. I believe there should be more to buy with the funds and a unique trade currency system for them.
Group Threads - You can purchase a group-only thread which will only allow group members to post on it and view it. This would allow for group "chatrooms", guides, announcements, etc.
Buy Clan with Funds - As of now, I don't think you can buy a clan with group funds. This should be possible.
Group Places - You can already create personal servers for group places, but maybe you could be able to purchase badges or game advertisements with group funds.
Group Clothing - Purchase advertisements for group clothing with funds.
Trading Currency - Instead of the normal trade currency, groups could trade group funds by trading with other groups. For example, say FEAR is low on tickets but has a surplus of Robux. FEAR could send an offer to RAT that would say "FEAR would like to trade 1,000 Robux for 10,000 Tickets", then RAT has the ability to either decline or accept the offer.
